The XP band saw blade with an ASP steel cutting edge offers longer life than M51 band saw blades when cutting the hardest materials and large cross-sections – it is the ideal choice for cutting exotic alloys.
This blade is also popular with customers whose band saw blades often crack due to poor band saw design. Thanks to the extremely fatigue-resistant backing material and its resistance to flexing over short distances, the XP band saw blade is able to cut even on saws where all competing blades crack.

DUDRSAW band saw blades are made from top quality Swedish and Japanese steel, are triple tempered, have tooth tips treated to prevent damage, and are finally welded in the state of the art Dudr Saw welding shop on German IDEAL Werk machines.
