In 2008 we were the first in the Czech Republic to introduce next-day delivery of band saw blades. Such a service is only possible thanks to perfectly managed logistics and production processes, internal information systems and production terminals.
What actually happens to your order after we receive it? First we enter it into the system, which finds the number of the coil from which it is to be produced. At the same time, the production terminal shows the relevant welder the customer's name, blade length and quantity, and the material number. After welding and banding, the welder applies a label to each blade with the customer's name, blade specification, material number, welding date and the welder's initials. Each order is therefore in fact made to measure. Even so, a full 70 % of orders leave us on the same day we receive them.

We come to you, help you select the right band saw blade, train your operators, check the condition of the saw, measure blade tension and the concentration of the coolant. Weld guarantee

We weld on the most modern semi-automatic welding machines from the German manufacturer IDEAL Werk. We have more than 30 years of experience and a unique welding procedure. You can always rely on our weld – it is our most important added value and we stand behind its quality. If one of our blades breaks in the weld, we will immediately supply you with a new one.

Note: If a band saw blade is at the end of its service life and the teeth are already dull, very high stresses arise in the material, which is also fatigued after many thousands of bending cycles. The blade therefore often finishes its life by breaking, sometimes even in the weld. In such a case this is not a weld defect, so the guarantee for replacement of the blade with a new one does not apply.

At our first visit to a customer we often hear that all blades are the same – that only the price is important. But from our own long-term experience we know that there are big differences in the quality of band saw blades and in the quality of sales and after-sales service.

Anyone who wants cheap blades has to reckon with the fact that:

• they will be made from cheap material and their quality cannot be relied on
• the weld will be made carelessly and may not be straight and strong
• they may receive the blade the next day, but it could just as easily be a week later or more
• the dealer or salesman will have no time for them and, if problems arise, they will have to deal with them themselves or pay for expensive service
• if they want to make a complaint about a blade, they will always be told that the problems were caused by incorrect use. In the best case such a dealer will simply reweld the broken blade – but this will shorten it and it will never cut correctly again.
