Band saw blades for bricks with highly durable carbide-tipped teeth. Thanks to the coarse tooth pitch (3 TPI), they enable clog-free cutting without the need for cooling. BricksCut blades are suitable for cutting fired bricks, aerated concrete blocks and other lightweight building materials.

A reliable solution for cutting building materials

We offer band saw blades for bricks in the BricksCut product range, which is suitable for cutting solid fired bricks, perforated clay blocks (e.g. Porotherm, Heluz, Leier, Wienerberger), aerated concrete (e.g. Ytong, Porfix, Siporex, Hebel) and other lightweight building materials.

Thanks to their unique tooth design, these blades are highly efficient, have a long service life and offer low operating costs. The coarse tooth pitch (3 TPI) allows precise and straight cutting of large blocks, and thanks to minimal dust generation, it prevents the blade from clogging. The blades do not require cooling, so the cut material remains dry and is immediately ready for further processing.

The main advantage of BricksCut blades is their durable carbide-tipped teeth, which stay sharp for a long time even when cutting abrasive building materials. Band saw blades for bricks can therefore serve as an excellent alternative to circular saw blades. Please note that these blades are not intended for cutting concrete, hard cement-based materials or stone.
